Hello, my name is Sorcha O'Flynn (a very old Gaelic name).

My journey to become a Solution Focus therapist is rooted in many years of loss and trauma regenerated into happiness and wellbeing along with experience of working within the care sector and in hospices.

​

As a certified social worker, I trained in active listening by The Samaritans and have experience working within the mental health sector.

​

More recently, I provided bereavement support for the Irish Hospice Foundation and vulnerable customer support for UK financial companies, which led to my Solution Focused training through the charity ‘Change’ based in Birmingham.
